Day 1

Arrival & Almaty City Tour

    Walk through this peaceful historical park dedicated to World War II heroes and admire the renowned Zenkov (Ascension) Cathedral, built entirely of wood without nails.

Day 2

Tour to the Singing Dune

    After breakfast, leave the bustling city behind and travel towards the vast landscapes of the Altyn Emel National Park.

  • The Singing Dune Expedition

    Discover the unique natural phenomenon of the Singing Dune. This massive sand mountain emits a low, rumbling sound reminiscent of an organ playing when the wind moves the grains of sand. Climb to the top for magnificent views of the Ili River and the surrounding mountains.

  • Return to Almaty

    Head back to the city in the evening to rest at your hotel.

Day 3

"Huns" Ethno-Village Experience

    Gathering and departure to the ethno-village. Upon arrival, guests are warmly greeted with the traditional "Shashu" ceremony involving the tossing of sweets and treats to bring good luck.

  • 11:10 - 12:00 | Culinary Master Class & Cultural Immersion

    Participate in a master class on making "baursaks" (national fried dough treats) with tea. Afterward, listen to the guide's stories about nomadic life, explore the traditional yurt setup, and witness the "Besikke salu" (putting a child in the cradle) ceremony.

  • 12:00 - 12:40 | Nomad Show & Equestrian Games

    Spectacular performance by the "Sarbaz Rukhy" club. Watch thrilling displays of "Jigittik Oner" (trick riding), national equestrian games like "Atpen audaryspaq" (wrestling on horseback) and "Kyz kuu" (catch the girl), followed by the "Kara Zhorga" dance and horseback riding.

  • 13:00 - 14:00 | Traditional Lunch

    Enjoy a rich, traditional lunch featuring pilaf, fresh salad, a bread basket with hot baursaks, tea, and water.

  • 14:00 - 17:00 | Archery & Free Time

    Take an archery master class, then enjoy free time to stroll through the village, have a photo session in traditional costumes, or ride the "Altybakan" swings before returning to the city at 16:00 (arriving back by 17:00).

Day 4

Kolsai Lakes (Day 1 of 2-Day Tour)

    Early morning departure from Almaty driving towards the mountainous region. Arrival at Saty village and check-in to comfortable local guesthouses. Take a brief rest before the adventure begins.

  • Kolsai Lakes Adventure

    Take a bus up to the magnificent Kolsai-1 Lake. Enjoy a scenic guided walk around the lake's shores, breathing in the crisp pine air. For those feeling energetic, embark on a pedestrian hike towards Kolsai-2 Lake for even raw and untouched mountain views.

  • Dinner & Overnight in Saty

Day 5

Kaindy Lake & Black Canyon (Day 2 of 2-Day Tour)

    Enjoy an excursion around Kaindy Lake and free time to marvel at the trees standing in the turquoise water. Afterward, return to Saty village for lunch.

  • Black Canyon & Return to Almaty

    Begin the journey back to Almaty. Along the way, stop at the observation deck of the Black Canyon to witness the steep, dark rock walls carved by the Charyn River. Arrive in Almaty and check into the hotel for the night.
